KRU Overseas Limited and ThyssenKrupp Steel Europe AG, one of the world’s largest metallurgical concerns, agreed on supply of high-quality MV PCI coal in Q4 2020 as part of the annual contract between the companies.

Premium PCI coal is shipped to ThyssenKrupp’s steelworks in Duisburg, North Rhine-Westphalia (Germany) from Ust-Luga Coal Terminal (Rosterminalugol), the largest specialized coal terminal in the Baltic region with high-tech equipment and advanced multistage system of magnetic decontamination.

The highest quality of KRU Overseas PCI material, delivered from Kuzbassrazrezugol (KRU) open-pit mines, meets the most demanding requirements of global coal end-users, therefore KRU Overseas has established itself as an exclusive supplier for many world’s largest steam and metallurgical coal consumers, including ThyssenKrupp.
